7 For All Mankind deploys Concrete for better store communications and task management

We’re delighted to announce that 7 For All Mankind, the denim brand founded in California in 2000, has chosen Concrete to help it manage store communications and tasks.

Following a successful trial, Concrete Publish and Concrete Tasks will now be rolled-out across more than 50 of the brand’s stores.

Concrete Tasks will be used by the head office team to coordinate store tasks, and Concrete Publish will enable the distribution of brand assets and operational content, as well as newsletters, surveys, and sales updates, to stores.

Prior to Concrete, the brand had been using Microsoft SharePoint to manage content across teams. However, it was slow to update, and poorly used by in-store teams. Concrete overcomes these challenges, delivering a powerful and engaging retail portal, and a task management application that makes it simple for in-store teams to find the information they need, when they need it.  

“With Concrete Publish, the brand’s head office team can be confident that its stores have access to the latest marketing assets, operational content, and sales updates - all surfaced through a branded portal that’s securely accessed by in-store teams,” explains Ned Gammell, Vice President (North America) at Concrete.

Concrete Tasks then provides a task management application that overcomes the challenge of trying to track tasks through email, or generic task management solutions. Concrete Tasks is purpose built for retail, so everyone knows what needs to be done, and by when.

“Between the two applications, 7 For All Mankind will have a true cloud-based home for the brand, and benefit from greater compliance, real-time execution, and better store productivity,” adds Gammell.
