Job Description

Concrete seeks a dynamic and engaging individual to join the Professional Services team.  Based out of Concrete’s NYC office, you will engage with clients in Retail and other industries, providing pre-sales, discovery, on-boarding & implementation and client success services delivery, primarily via online interaction, with on-site engagement as required.

You will work with prospective, new and existing clients, driving the adoption of current and future Concrete solutions within their business.

Desired Skills

You will have demonstrable Consulting experience (1-3 years) in Web-based technology and services delivery sectors, with advanced skills in and understanding of:



·         Leading and documenting Business Process and Analysis workshops

·         Relevant degree, coursework and/or work in Web technology

·         Adept in Web-based, remote delivery of client service roles

·         Strong client-facing skills

·         Configuration of Enterprise-level Software

·         Strong English speaking and writing skills

·         The ability to legally work in the USA

·         The ability to travel, domestically and internationally, as required

·         Set-up and configuration of SaaS offerings

·         Writing Statements of Work and Training/User Guides

·         Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio (or similar)

·         Implementation and Change Management

·         Project (Agile desirable) and Time Management processes



·         Experience designing data models for and configuring and implementing Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management (CMS), and Workflow software

·         Knowledge of Retail/Business Administration principles - Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Planning

·         Knowledge of SaaS models, Agile principles

·         Writing Functional Specifications, RFP, RFIs

·         JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk (or other similar Service Desk Software)

·         Data/Business Process Modelling

·         User management and file transfer tech - FTP / AD FS / SSO / Web Services API

·         Based on your analysis of client feedback and use patterns, configure Concrete platform and applications to meet current and future needs

·         Guide and advise existing clients in best practices in the use of Concrete platform and applications

·         Train Concrete platform and applications users

·         Liaising with Engineering and Account Management

·         Nurture and grow stakeholder relationships so as to broaden the user base

·         Report on and account for North American Professional Services (NA PS) activity streams and metrics

·         Support the smooth operation and growth of the Concrete NA PS team

·         Configure Concrete platform and applications for demos in Pre- and Post -Sales stages

·         Post-Sales On-boarding

·         You own and direct your projects – from start to finish

·         Working with Concrete Account Managers and Concrete Product Managers / Owners

·         Conduct workshops to gather, model and document client business processes, and identify, rationalise, communicate and exploit opportunities to simplify and leverage   existing business processes using Concrete SaaS

·         Working with clients, develop Project Plans and deliver projects to Implementation Timelines and Milestones, on time and on budget

·         Manage implementation and project sign-off with client PM and Business Sponsors

·         Train Concrete users

·         Handover to Client Stakeholders and Level 0 Support

·         Pre-Sales support

·         Working with Concrete Sales and Account Managers to respond to RFIs and RFPs

·         Attend, present and lead pre-sales demos, discovery workshops

·         Develop supporting materials to help close new business

·         Triage and investigate technical issues, communicate effectively with broad client base on such issues and liaise with supporting teams to resolve


Extra Information

·         Working Conditions: Normal office environment; extended viewing of computer screens; extended and/or non-standard work hours, including weekends.  Travel as needed.
