We are seeking an experienced and proven SaaS sales leader with a demonstrable track record of New Business sales success selling high value, enterprise class software solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an already successful sales team to support the high revenue growth of a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will develop opportunities in global companies, create meaningful relationships and be able to drive them through the sales cycle to close.

Desired Skills

• An understanding of the enterprise collaboration market-place

• Entrepreneurial flair with a passion for emerging technologies

• A minimum of 3 years of field SaaS sales experience

• Good technical aptitude coupled with the ability to quickly understand new technology

• The ability to network through and deal with complex organisations and multiple stakeholders

• Prior success inB2B SaaS sales

• Adaptable to work in a start-up environment, must love new business

• Capable of not just delivering sales, but also seeing the strategic bigger picture to grow the business sector

• Solid experience in solution sales, and experience in longer sales cycles

• A high level of personal organisation and time management skills

• Ideally a ‘self-starter’ by nature and have a positive disposition.

• Proven successful track record of exceeding sales quotas

• Experienced in opportunity creation and the challenges of building a business.

• Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to compelling messages, communications, and presentations

• Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style and strong influence skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.

• Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycle

• Driving all aspects of the sales cycle including; proposals, scoping, pricing and contract negotiations.

• Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets

• Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce

• Utilise a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers

• Identify and cultivate across verticals.

• Prioritizing opportunities and engaging appropriate resources

• Prospect and build pipeline within the target market

• Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with prospective clients

• Work collaboratively with Professional Services divisions to achieve high levels of conversion

• Develop a strategy and roadmap to drive the growth within the territory and vertical
