As a Key Customer Account Manager, you will have full responsibility for
looking after our US book of business and clients (+$3m in revenues). Your primary focus is to help our existing
customers leverage the full power of Concrete to guarantee renewals and drive
incremental annual recurring revenue across our client base. Through your in-depth understanding of the
Concrete product set and a comprehensive grasp of your clients strategic goals
you will help our customers to get the most out of their current subscription
to Concrete, whilst being able to spot opportunities for expanding the value of
our relationships for both parties.

· 3-5 years
of Key Account Management experience in a SaaS organization (essential) and
retail (interest or experience desirable)
track record in meeting personal revenue targets and personally closing your
own sales and managing your own pipeline (deal size in the $30,000 - $150,000
track record in developing and managing clients in multiple industries.
· Excellent people
